If you are considering to be a partner, these are the terms:

- you bring in clients for either the virtual company or legal entity options.

- you receive 500 € per month for account management services

- you receive 12.5% of gross profits when in excess of €1,500 per month.

If you are considering to be a client, these are the terms:

- you provide us with all your SKUs including pictures and prices

- we are the sole distributors of your products on the European market

- we provide a web-shop and connectors to the major market places and logistics providers

- we share in 25% of the gross profits of the European operation

- in case of a separate legal entity we in addition take 5% of the stake to avoid Trust laws.
